Uploading Guidelines and Directions
In order to upload to Greenvu you must own or hold all necessary rights (copyrights, etc.) to the videos and follow the rules set forth in our Terms of Service. Second you must create a User Account to upload any content. If you do not follow the rules, we reserve the right to delete your uploaded content and/or your Greenvu account without warning.
PLEASE NOTE: These guidelines are for your convenience and information, and should be read together with the Greenvu Terms of Service which govern your use of Greenvu’s site and services.
How to Add a Video:
When Videos are uploaded they are encoded into different formats and sizes. It is import to use high quality video. The maximum video file size is 100mb. Allowed extensions are mp4, mpeg, avi, mpg wmv, flv, mov.
STEP 1:
Upload file.
Create a Title and Description

STEP 2:
Select your Main Category
Add Tags or keywords related to your video
Turn comments on or off

STEP 3: (optional)
Add your location

STEP 4:
Save!

How to Add a Articles:
Reports (Social Responsibility & Sustainability) and White Papers can be uploaded with a thumbnail image (maximum file size: 100mb) Jpeg, png, gif, and bmp images are all allowed.
STEP 1:
Create a Title 
Upload a thumbnail image (optional)
Create a Description

STEP 2:
Select Article type
Select your Main Category
Add Tags or keywords related to your article
Attach your PDF

STEP 3: (optional)
Add your location

STEP 4:
Save!
